Christopher Ludwig Eisgruber has served as Princeton University’s 20th president since July 2013. He served previously as Princeton’s provost for nine years, beginning in 2004, after joining the Princeton faculty in 2001.

In this Ivy+ FAN Virtual Colloquium, Christopher Eisgruber, President of Princeton University, will engage Ivy+ faculty with his perspective on the current state of free speech and academic freedom on campus, with an emphasis on faculty rights and their responsibilities. Eisgruber is author of the recently published book, Terms of Respect: How Colleges Get Free Speech Right.
